There are 3 Restaurants at Vallarta Palace:
Mar Intimo - An International restaurant with a casual atmosphere, though sandals and shorts are not allowed. Reservations are required 24 hours in advance. Guests can only use once per stay, and no children under 9 years old. Closed on Sunday.
Bugambilias - The indoor air-conditioned main restaurant with buffet services during breakfast (7:00 am to 11:30 am), lunch (1:00 pm to 4:00 pm) and dinner (6:30 pm to 10:00 pm).
La Fiesta - Features a la carte dinner grill and seafood from 6:30 to 10:00 pm. Res- ervations are required. The restaurant operates January to April and November to December 4 days a week (Sun, Wed, Thu and Fri)
